They are used, for example, for must cooling or pre-cooling for spirit filtration. <\/p>\n<p>The exchanger consists of several smaller tubes through which the product flows. These are surrounded by a larger jacket pipe, through which the cooling or heating medium flows in counter-current. <\/p>\n<h3>Tube Bundles and Heat Exchangers from LiquoSystems<\/h3>\n<p>Our tube bundle product has a DN 32 dairy thread connection for the coolant. The temperature for the coolant inlet is 7\u00b0C, for the outlet 12\u00b0C. A DN 25 to DN 65 dairy thread connection (inlet concentric\/outlet eccentric) is provided for the product connection. The temperature for the <strong>product inlet is 30\u00b0C<\/strong>, for the <strong>outlet 15\u00b0C<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<p>The optional wall mounting allows for <strong>easy self-assembly<\/strong> and ensures the <strong>quick deployment of the tube bundle for heating or cooling<\/strong> in your production facility. The image shows a 2&#215;3 meter tube bundle heat exchanger with an optional mobile base frame.
