Our On-site Integrity Test
We offer our on-site integrity test. You prepare the filter for testing independently. We then professionally carry out the test and print the result as a test report for your use. This report can also be transmitted electronically. After the test, the filters are immediately ready for use again.
What is an Integrity Test?
An integrity test or pressure hold test is the verification of the mechanical integrity of the membrane filter cartridge. This test is recommended before each filtration to check and document process reliability (HACCP*). The pressure hold test can be performed manually or semi-automatically or fully automatically with a DHT device. Nitrogen (N2) or food-grade compressed air is used for the execution.
