Tube bundles, also known as heat exchangers, are designed for heating or cooling low-viscosity media with a low solids content. They are used, for example, for must cooling or pre-cooling for spirit filtration.
The exchanger consists of several smaller tubes through which the product flows. These are surrounded by a larger jacket pipe, through which the cooling or heating medium flows in counter-current.
Our tube bundle product has a DN 32 dairy thread connection for the coolant. The temperature for the coolant inlet is 7°C, for the outlet 12°C. A DN 25 to DN 65 dairy thread connection (inlet concentric/outlet eccentric) is provided for the product connection. The temperature for the product inlet is 30°C, for the outlet 15°C.
The optional wall mounting allows for easy self-assembly and ensures the quick deployment of the tube bundle for heating or cooling in your production facility. The image shows a 2×3 meter tube bundle heat exchanger with an optional mobile base frame. Standard tube bundle exchangers are 6 meters long.
