Especially with smaller containers, it’s often difficult to find something affordable, even though these tanks often contain sensitive and high-quality liquids, such as Beerenauslese. The cooling plates are inserted from above or docked to the inside of the tank wall from the side. Oversizing is a thing of the past. For example, if you only want to use one-third of your 2,500-liter tanks, simply choose a proportionally sized plate. LiquoSystems offers a unique variety of options, from slim to wide, from large to small.

Always included as standard with us: a mounting kit, consisting of 2 washers, 2 screws, the appropriate seals (food-grade!), and, last but not least: an instruction manual that you can actually use. We naturally also offer the appropriate mounting accessories, such as the right hole drill bit that can be attached to the drilling machine, including lubricant. The stop is always predetermined in our products by the installation-friendly support plates, so you automatically achieve the correct height or spacing level during installation.
Become Even More Flexible with the Cooling Hose
For customers who either need to be very budget-conscious or simply want to cool several containers one after another, we also offer cooling hoses for volumes under 5,000 liters. These consist of a rigid spiral tube that can still be bent. If you hang a flimsy cooling hose, like a garden hose, into the tank, it’s difficult to position it in the medium, and it usually settles at the bottom. Since cold, as everyone knows, sinks, this is naturally not a good starting point for cooling. That’s why a professional hose from LiquoSystems is preferable.
