AquaSnap as a control unit is required for all AquaSnap chillers and AquaSnap PLUS chillers with heat pumps smaller than 16 kW. For larger machines, the control is recommended as a convenient unit for internal operation. AquaSnap is an alarm light, demand switch, setpoint switch, and operating mode switch all in one. The maximum cable length to the AquaSnap is 50 meters.
Use AquaSnap to control an AquaSnap chiller or AquaSnap Plus chiller with heat pump function. The AquaSnap control element protects the internal technology with a robust and dust-tight housing. It features a rotary switch with three positions: On-Off-Automatic. Additionally, there is a rotary switch that allows two setpoint positions (S1 and S2). The third switch is used to select between cooling and heating.
